15:21 Wordsmith Jarvinen I've been named to a team of the Virtual World Education Consortium (VWEC) that is working with Madori Linden to move a number of educations sims together (both current and future) to something like a 40x40 sim reserve [which became a 111x51 reserve]. There are no plans to move Oxbridge, but there will be a central sim with landmarks/portals. I will ensure that we are in those.

15:48 Ember (emberell) There's a wide variety of events hosted in Caledon. From fencing lessons, to building events, to dances, to name just a few off the top of my head. Not to mention those already reminded here today
15:48 Wordsmith Jarvinen Caledon, in general is an estate of (now) about 20 sims with a lightly enforced Victorian Steampunk theme. The estate is owned by Desmond Shang, that residents pay tier to so that he can pay tier to Linden Lab.
15:49 Wordsmith Jarvinen There is a covenant that forbids ban walls and security orbs below 500m, so that everyone is free to explore.
